Cancellation Policy

Effective immediately there is a 50% No Call, No Show fee. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointment tardiness. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule to make sure that we have adequate time for your service. Communication is key. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice, or failure to appear for your appointment, may result in a No-Show fee. The No-Show fee will be 50% of your estimated service total for the missed appointment to compensate for my loss of revenue and time. I will always do my best to be respectful of your time and be as understanding and flexible as I can when changes need to happen. I ask the same in return.
